The Wheaton College Jazz Ensemble and Combos bring together students from across campus who share a passion for jazz performance and improvisation. Structured as a large Jazz Ensemble alongside smaller Showcase Combos, the program offers a wide range of musical experiences that highlight both ensemble collaboration and individual expression.
Through performances, collaborative opportunities, and close mentorship with faculty, students develop their skills in jazz theory, style, and performance while engaging deeply with the rich traditions and evolving language of jazz.
