Ticket & Payment
Yes! Currently, we offer a 3-Concert Subscription and a 6-Concert Subscription. 6-Concert subscriptions offer greater discounts and other benefits. Select the “Subscriptions” button in the Main Menu for more details.
Online ticket sales will close one hour after the start of the event. Tickets will be available at the venue’s Box Office 30 minutes after the start of the performance.
No. You may print your tickets at home or scan them from your mobile device at the door.
Select “MyAccount” in the Main Menu and sign in with the email linked with your account. Once signed in, select “E-Tickets”. Finally, select the “Download” button for the correct event to reveal your tickets. For your convenience, tickets may also be printed at the Box Office.
No. Tickets, including any taxes or fees, will be the same online, in-person, or over the phone.
Yes, there will be a per [purchase/ticket] transaction fee. The fee total will differ depending on the event and ticket type purchased.
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the Box Office beginning one hour prior to each event.
Once purchased, tickets will be emailed in a PDF format to the email linked to your “MyAccount”. Present your ticket via your mobile device or a printed paper copy at the door. Tickets may also be accessed through the “E-Tickets” function in your “MyAccount” selected through the Main Menu.

Venues & Parking

There is ample free parking around Edman Chapel and Armerding Center. For details view the Wheaton College parking map. Some events offer free shuttle service from the east parking lot of Billy Graham Hall to Edman Chapel events. Call 630.752.5010 for details.

-Drop-off zones and nearby handicapped parking directly behind Edman Chapel
-Patron assistants and ushers to help you get to your seat
-Wheelchair ramps at Edman Chapel. Wheelchair ramps and automatic doors at Armerding Center for the Music and the Arts
-ADA compliant restrooms
-Flexible seating to accommodate wheelchairs
-Transferrable seating for patrons using canes and walkers
-An elevator in Armerding Concert Hall to reach the balcony. NOTE: Edman Chapel balcony is only accessible by stairway

All sales are final at the time of purchase. We encourage you to give unused tickets to a friend or donate the ticket at the Box Office.
Yes, we offer a senior discount to patrons 65 and older. Please enter your birth year in your personal profile by selecting “MyAccount” in the Main Menu and discounts will automatically be applied at checkout.
Yes, we offer a generous student discount to anyone with a Student ID. For Wheaton College students, if signed into your “MyAccount” personal profile, your student discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Group discounts are available. Please call 630.752.5010 to set up a discount.
No, only one discount may be applied per purchase. This includes Subscriptions, Senior Discounts, and Student Discounts. The largest discount will automatically apply at checkout.
