Violinist Soh-Hyun Park Altino and pianist Michael Messer perform treasured works for violin and piano, including Cesar Franck’s Sonata for Violin and Piano in A major and the Antonin Dvořák’s Four Romantic Pieces.
Soh-Hyun Park Altino is highly regarded as a gifted teacher and a versatile performer of solo and chamber music. Lauded for her “poise and precision,” her engagements have taken her to Brazil, Colombia, Germany, Korea, Venezuela, and throughout the United States. Michael Messer received his Doctor of Musical Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and has been a successful teacher and active performer as a soloist and chamber musician. They both teach at Wheaton College Conservatory of Music.
